“Emily’s knowledge of skating, especially edge work, has proven in itself to help all hockey players she has come across to teach. She breaks down the fundamentals of skating to basic elements. Her drills and techniques help players build power, balance and agility, and she helps skaters elevate and build their skating strides. Her upbeat and charismatic attitude make it fun to be on the ice with her.”

Camps are typically held over a set duration in a group setting. Participants will focus on various aspects of skating technique specific to hockey and engage in a comprehensive program that focuses on building fundamentals to elevate their skating proficiency.

Individualized lessons offer personalized training to enhance a player’s skating skills. Tailored to the specific needs and goals of the individual, these lessons focus on refining techniques such as stride efficiency, edge control, and agility.
